PhlPost issued a stamp on 18 Dec 2015 commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority. The stamp features Cape Engaño Lighthouse located at the northeast corner of the island of Luzon marking the eastern entrance to the Babuyan Channel. The lighthouse dates from the late 19th century and is currently in very poor condition.
