On 13 August 2019 Russia issued a stamp that is very similar to the ones issued in 2005 and 2006. The 2019 stamp depicts Tolbukhin Lighthouse which is located in the Gulf of Finland near Kotlin Island which is the home of Russia’s Baltic fleet. The first lighthouse at this location was ordered by Peter the Great and built in 1719. The current light was built in 1810 and is the oldest active lighthouse in northwestern Russia.
