The fourth in the 2019 Beautiful Netherlands stamp series featuring lighthouses was issued by PostNL on 23 April 2019. This issue shows Ameland Lighthouse which dates from 1881 and is located at the west end of Ameland Island.

The third in the 2019 Beautiful Netherlands series featuring lighthouses was issued by PostNL on 25 March 2019 and features Terschelling Lighthouse. The tower was constructed in the late 16th century but was not established as a lighthouse until 1835. It is located near the southeastern end of Terschelling Island.
