On 30 Sep 2023, Algeria issued a set of four stamps with the theme “World Tourism Day 2003”. One of these stamps depicts Îles Habibas Lighthouse which is located in a nature reserve on the largest of a small group of islands west of the port of Oran.

On 1 December 2023, Bulgaria issued a souvenir sheet containing one stamp to honor the 140th anniversary of the establishment of its Hydrographic Office. The stamp depicts Sveta Anastasia Lighthouse which is located on an island offshore from the port of Burgas. There is also an image of a Fresnel lens on the sheet.
