On 18 Dec 2025 China issued a stamp and mini sheet highlighting the free port of Hainan. The sheet features Mulantou Lighthouse located at the northern end of Hainan Island.

On 18 Oct 2024, France and China released a joint issue of two stamps each celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. One of the stamps from each country features Mont Saint Michel with it’s inactive lighthouse.
