On 30 May 2014 Croatia’s Hrvatska pošta issued another set of stamps in the lighthouse series. The stamps were issued in 10 stamp sheetlets.
Palagruža L/H | 30 May 2014
Palagruža Lighthouse is located on Great Palagruža Island. It was built in 1875 and is the largest lighthouse in the eastern Adriatic.
[Not a valid template]Struga Lighthouse is located on Lastovo Island and was built in 1839. It was automated in the 1920’s and the building was restored in 2002 to include four tourist apartments. The same family has cared for this lighthouse for more than a century.
[Not a valid template]Sušac Lighthouse, built in 1878, is named for island on which it stands. Like Struga, it also contains tourist accommodations.
