On 20 July 2024 Estonia issued the latest in its series of lighthouse stamps. This makes 30 consecutive years that Estonia has issued a stamp in this series! The lighthouse featured this year is an inland light, Rannapungerja Lighthouse which is located at the mouth of the Rannapungerja River on the north shore of Lake Peipsi.

On 25 July 2024 Russia issued a pair of stamps in a series that now has 19 stamps. Il’inskiy Lighthouse is located near the city of Feodosiya in eastern Ukraine. Mys Povorotnyy Lighthouse is located on an island in the northern part of the Gulf of Finland.
