USA Lighthouse Stamp – Updated, 2 Jun 2016

On 2 June 2016 the United States Postal Service issued a mini-sheet of 16 stamps celebrating the National Parks. One of these stamps (upper right on the sheet) shows Bass Harbor Head Light in Acadia National Park located on the Maine coast.

On 5 May 2016 Chungwa Post issued a set entitled “South China Sea Peace Initiative of the Republic of China”. The NT$9 stamp shows Taiping Lighthouse, also known as Itu Aba Island Lighthouse which is located in the Spratly Island group.
