On 29 May 2023, Brazil released a sheet of 8 stamps, each featuring a Brazilian Lighthouse. Each of the stamps has an associated postmark. The postmarks are nearly identical but for the location name at the bottom. Rather than trying to fit all the images and information into one post, I will break them down. into four posts to be published over the next few days. On 1 August 2022, Correio Brazil issued a se-tenant of 3 stamps to commemorate the first South Atlantic air crossing. The first of these stamps shows the point of departure of the flight, Lisbon, Portugal and the Torre de Belem which is the site of a former lighthouse.
